The scrap suction pulls aluminum edge trim off the press continuously, so you don't need someone sweeping the floor. We've built these lines for 15 years, shipped to 30+ countries (US, Russia, Brazil, Saudi Arabia, etc.). One operator runs it 24 hours. Speed: 50 strokes/min average, 9,000-12,000 pieces/hour on three-cavity molds. Solid bed plate (not hollow), handles 0.025-0.2mm foil, especially stable on thin foil. Hydraulic lifting arm lets one person change molds in 15 minutes. Touchscreen stores 60 mold parameters. Faults trigger auto-stop and display on screen. Safety door stops the machine when opened.
